Coaching and counseling sessions are a good way to sort through and figure out next steps involving any inner or outer conflict. These sessions can be used around a mediation or as additional support during any period of conflict. Some use these sessions as a way to help strategize and move through conflict in the workplace or one's personal life. Others use these sessions in conjunction with their Reiki treatments, to optimize their healing experience.

Counseling and Coaching focus on two different timelines. Counseling looks at the past, while Coaching sees into the future. Both Counseling and Coaching assist in making the present a more peaceful and productive time in one's life. Sessions can be booked on an ongoing basis or as needed, and can be conducted in person, by Skype, or phone.



Coaching sessions are one-to-one meetings, focused on specific tasks or objectives. Target areas could range from concerns in health, personal and/or professional life, social arenas, family, spiritual dimensions, etc. During this time together, we will explore insights, look at possible next steps, and highlight a specific action plan. Coaching can empower one in unlocking their own personal potential, to reach and exceed their biggest dreams and goals.


Counseling offers assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties that arise in the process. Counseling helps people with physical, emotional, and mental health issues to improve their sense of well‐being, alleviate feelings of distress, and resolve crises. Seeking counsel can be beneficial with decision making, particularly in emotionally significant situations. I can assist you in exploring and understanding your world to discover better ways of thinking and living.
